We utilize Arrivy for delivery scheduling. Your customers will be provided with a tracking link as soon as the order is scheduled for delivery. This provides the customer with piece of mind and eliminates customer complaints due to a lack of communication. Once enroute to the their stop the customer is notified and can track the team up to the time of arrival. We strive to have a 95% on time rate within our standard 1 hour arrival window.
